Training
Camberley & District Athletic Club train on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and are based at King's International College, Watchetts Drive, Camberley GU15 2PQ. The Club's Headquarters are situated on the playing fields where training takes place during the Winter and Summer seasons. During the Winter season we also train in the College's gymnasium. We welcome new athletes to train from Year 5 and above and have a waitlist for younger athletes. Currently we also have a waitlist for some age groups. Please contact us via this website to make enquiries and add your child to our waitlist.Training Schedules

| 6:45-7:00pm | Athletes arrive Athletes meet in the Club House to sign in and socialise. |
| 7:00-8:30pm | Training session Squads warm up and move to their scheduled training area with their designated coach Athletes are divided into Squads displayed on the notice boards. half of the session is usually running and the other half a designated field event. At the end of the sessions athletes warm down. N.B. athletes arriving later than 7.00pm maybe excluded from the training session. |
| 8:30pm | Debrief/ Session ends All athletes and parents stay for notices/ planning re-fixtures/ letters/ to sign out. |

Training Kit
Athletes should always be wearing or have with them the
following items :
- shorts and T-shirt
- joggers and outer layer
- waterproof jacket
- trainers & spikes if applicable
- drink (preferably water)
- Glow in the dark vest (available from the club)
Video Training
There maybe occasions when video equipment will be used for Club
training purposes only. Should you have any objection to your child
being videoed, please notify the Club Secretary in writing.
